When exporting to an excel spreadsheet, why do some accounts not align and move to a 2nd line

When exporting a mail merge to excel, some accounts will get messed up and jump to a second line and not align with the rest of the spreadsheet. why does that happen, and how can i fix it?

Right click on the grid Export Grid and select With Formatting and then export.
