CEP - meal count

Question

Schools on CEP do not need to report meals served based on individual student names – rather they need to only report total  number of meals accepted by students.

Please explain how one can enter total meals accepted by class – without having to tag exactly which individual student did or did not eat.

There isn't anyplace in the system to enter total meal per class. So if the teacher is not taking attendance and are just counting total number of kids than you do not need any help from the software. I simple excel spread sheet would work.
