Can tracking history be added to grades (tests)?

Its not a question of possibility, its a question of speed vs information. Currently adding it to grades affects the speed of entering the grades considerably and makes it cumbersome to add grades.

I don't know about other mosdos, but the information is valuable to us. What is the difference in speed?
