Calculating Walking Distance

Question

While calculating the walking distance, we noticed that any new children we added since the last calculation are coming up blank. The addresses are updated in google maps. Do you know why that is happening? Thank you

Sure. Its not constantly calculating each time you add a child. It only calculates when you pressed the option to calculate. You can query whoever doesn't have yet a walking distance and run it for them.

i pressed the option to calculate. and when i noticed that about 30 came up blank i realized they were all the new kids...

For anyone that may experience the same issue, you need to remember to press view records on the bottom after the system calculates in order to see the updated info.
