How should one enter wife's first name when she would like to be addressed by her husbands's name?

Some women prefer to receive mail under their husband's name (eg. Mrs. Ploni Almoni) and not their own (eg. Mrs. Plonis Almoni)..

How can we ensure that the name comes out correctly?

There isn't any option to have it as part of the name selection. But its only needed when mailing to Mrs. So you can create a flag and create a seperate Mail Merge for them. Or Create an addl info and have on IIF in the Mail Merge.
