where can i add anew class and location?

I went to Administrator to update classes then to primary, I want to add a new location for agrade and it should be in the drop down.

You need to add it in the "Locations" drop down in Administration > Admin; on the right side there is a drop down. Look for "Locations", add on the bottom line the new location and then go off the line (DO NOT PRESS ADD). Log out and when you log back in it would be their.
