Period Coidesh and Yom Should come with the year

Question

When we Pledged someone by the Dedication for a פרנס החודש It's came up by the Period the month with the year like ניסן תשע"ז but when we Pledge someone for a פרנס השבוע It's came up only the week like בראשית but not the year and the same is by פרנס היום I'ts only come up the day like א' ניסן but not the year.

So we wanna know if It's possible that the Week and the Day should also come with the year ?

Its possible, But the reason we aren't doing it is because usually on a Parnes Yom and Shvua the campaign name already has the year. So it will only show twice on all reports and statements.
