How to make school open Friday full day?

In the voucher program, for school age children, the after school program is Usually closed on Friday. How do i make that on some Friday's the school should be open as a full day? (cause if the school is closed, even the morning is considered as after school)

For example Friday June 29 2017. system is set (by week day)  that for school age children Friday is closed. how do i make that THIS Friday because it is a FULL DAY (public school is closed, open only for after school) the attendance should sow it is open, even that by weekday it is closed.
if i put it as full day it is still sowing closed Since it is closed by week day.

You go the attendance screen, choose administration, holidays and enter the date and full day by type.
