SMS,Email, Voice Massages Registration Status and Details.

Question

Is there a way to send a SMS or voice messages to the parents with the status of their registration, and the reason why their child is not registered yet in one record . I. e. Moshe is not registered: missing 1) Health Form. and 2) missing the OPT form etc  ?

This is only possible in conjunction with the API for the phone system that the parent can call in to hear this info.
