select certain Flags/Aditional_Info to come up in Mail Merge

Can we have an option of selecting (a check box by each flag) certain Flags/Aditional_Info to come up in Mail Merge fields.
I need it so I could export the chosen Flags to Excel and each time I need different Flags.

you can select in the dropdown & add column

Only a certain amounts Flags/Additional_Info can be added, and BTW my question was to export the chosen Flags to Excel; for this there is no need to select them in the drop-down & add column. Simply export the list and all fields which are available in the drop-down & add column will automatically be exported even without selecting it in the system.

The problem is, that which Flags/Additional_Info may be added and exported, is being selected by the system (possible by date created). So my request was to have an option of selecting specific Flags/Aditional_Info

Added this option. You will now need to select each flag and additional info you want displayed in mail merge.

To select for a flag you need to check in the Mail Merge column next to the flag. To select for an additional info you need to check in the Check Box in the valueboolean column.

Please note: You are still limited to only 50 flags and 50 additional info's.
