Do you have an option to check and update addresses from NCOA?

Answer 1

No. You must do it at a mailing house. We do have an address validator that checks if address is correct, by there is no report of it in order to be able to get a cheaper rate.

When we do a mass mailing we have our mailhouse run the list through NCOA but when we deal with individual accounts it would be helpful to have the addresses updated through NCOA.

Is there a reason why you would not add it? The cost to get access to the database in minimal.
