Where is the best place to enter Dormitory rooms for students? Ideally its something that I would to keep from year to year or even for each semester. (We sometimes switch rooms between semesters)

Also, not everyone is in the dormitory so I need a good way to track of who is dorming and who isn't.

Can you add a dedicated place to enter dormitory info?

Why not create a program class called dormitory and enter the room number as class?

Or if you do not the history of who was in which room, only the current info, you can just add an additional info for the student called dorm.

I would like to keep the history so the first option is better. Can I use the room field because I want to have class/grade info as well, we use specific dorm rooms per grade?

Would you consider adding a dorm field so it can be part of the regular class period?
