Just use the fields BalanceMinusCC or CalcBalanceMinusCC.
The difference between Balance and CalcBalance is that CalcBalance takes the number that’s displayed in the charges tab by the running column. This is calculating the balance due of the charges up until the To date that has been specified. So if someone paid a future charge while still having an open balance on an existing charge that balance will show as due. Balance shows the balance that is shown on the bottom of the charges screen. That balance is a calculation of all charges and all payments up to the To date specified. Even payments that have been applied to future charges, still deduct the total balance.
