Class placement

Question

is there a way to enter class placement requests where each student requests one first choice and one second choice of other students to be in their class and then JL will automatically calculate a class list?

Is this the only consideration when creating the class.

Are all other students just randomly assigned a class?

If one student requests most be ignored in order for the class to be split correctly, do we just randomly choose a student to ignore?

 

Most probably the principle or teacher wants to decide what to ignore, and what to honor, so how can the computer do it for you?
