in the recurring tab, is there a way that the soliciter and pledge should come up when i just enter the compaign?

What do you mean by pledge? Amount? No you need to enter the amount. Each person can give different amounts.

If you have a single amount alot, you can set that up to be the default.

I mean the itemNum should all be pledge and same for description.
