When I send a mass text to parents, can those with Meushar phone get a 'text to landline message'?

Parents with a no text (meushar phone) can't recieve text.  I don't want to send a voice message + text message, it takes too much time when we need to notify parents in an emergency. I was wondering if it would be possible to send out an SMS, and those with meushar phone (cell phone with a carrier) would get a 'text to landline' message.

No. You would need to setup the Voice Call separately.

when entering a phone number there's a checkbox NO SMS you can check it off, then query Generic > Mphone >  NoSMS, True and send voice call.
